Vacancy 7 — New Development Sales Advisor (Gandia & Marina Alta)
Position Overview
We partner with several developers building modern residential complexes near Gandia and in the broader Marina Alta region. We need a professional New Development Sales Advisor to represent these projects and guide buyers through off-plan and newly built acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Managing showrooms, model apartments, and site visits for new development projects.
- Organizing project presentations for individual clients and small investor groups.
- Explaining construction timelines, payment structures, and customization options to buyers.
- Coordinating communication between buyers, developers, architects, and legal representatives.
- Preparing detailed investment proposals, including expected yields and long-term value projections.
- Collecting feedback from clients and sharing it with developers to improve future phases.
- Representing the project at property fairs and online webinars targeted at foreign investors.
Knowledge Required
- Experience with off-plan property sales and pre-construction reservations.
- Basic understanding of construction stages, warranties, and delivery terms.
- Knowledge of financing models and mortgage options for residents and non-residents.
- Ability to clearly explain risks, timelines, and documentation involved in new builds.
- Comfortable working with both individual buyers and small investment groups.
