Vacancy 1 — Real Estate Sales Agent in Gandia (Full-Time)
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and client-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent to join a dynamic team in Gandia. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, understand local culture, and are ready to guide clients through the complete buying or selling cycle. You will work with residential properties, coastal apartments, townhouses, investment units, and villas located throughout Gandia and its surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle client management, including lead generation, initial consultations, property viewings, offer preparation, negotiations, and support until the notary appointment.
- Creation and publication of property listings on local and international portals with attractive descriptions, correct data, and up-to-date pricing.
- Regular communication with owners and buyers, managing expectations and providing transparent updates on every step of the process.
- Assisting foreign clients with practical issues such as NIE numbers, bank account opening, notary appointments, and basic legal steps.
- Cooperation with developers, lawyers, mortgage brokers, and relocation partners to deliver a full 360° service to every client.
- Accurate and disciplined work with the CRM system to ensure every lead and property is properly documented and followed up.
Required Skills & Profile
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both in person and online.
- Confidence in negotiations and ability to defend the value of the property and commission.
- Comfortable working with both Spanish and international clients from different cultures.
- Basic understanding of real estate documentation in Spain or desire to learn quickly.
- Ability to manage your own time, structure your day, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfort with digital tools: CRM, portals, email, WhatsApp Business, Google Drive.
