Position Overview
Our agency is expanding its operations in the premium coastline sector and seeks an experienced Luxury Property Consultant. The ideal candidate understands high-end buyer psychology, has a strong sense of aesthetics, and demonstrates exceptional communication skills. You will work with beachfront villas, penthouses with sea views, and design-focused homes that require a consultative, discreet sales approach.
Core Responsibilities
- Management of an exclusive portfolio of high-value listings in Playa de Gandia and nearby coastal zones.
- Organization of private and highly personalized property viewings for international and local VIP clients.
- Preparation of professional property presentations, including digital brochures, investment briefs, and lifestyle-focused descriptions.
- Active networking with owners of luxury villas, second-home buyers, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Advising clients on ROI, rental potential, and long-term value of premium properties.
- Coordination of professional photo, video, and drone content to showcase properties at the highest standard.
- Maintaining confidentiality and protecting the privacy of both buyers and sellers at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or luxury segments.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages (French, German, Russian, Dutch) are a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with demanding clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all interactions and documentation.
- High personal standards in appearance, punctuality, and client service.
- Ability to create trust and comfort during high-value negotiations.
Preferred Background
- Previous work within luxury brands (real estate, hospitality, fashion, automotive, etc.).
- Proven record of high-ticket sales or portfolio of successfully closed transactions.
- Good knowledge of Gandia, Valencia Coast, and surrounding premium districts.
