Position Overview
We are expanding our long-term and mid-term rental department and looking for a proactive Rental Property Manager. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with tenants, solving everyday property issues, and ensuring high occupancy rates across a growing portfolio of apartments and houses in Gandia.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 20–60 rental units (apartments, houses, and small buildings).
- Coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and repair teams while controlling quality and costs.
- Preparing rental contracts and extensions in cooperation with the legal department.
- Conducting check-ins and check-outs with proper documentation, inventory control, and photo reports.
- Ensuring rent payments are collected on time and managing late payments with professional communication.
- Publishing and updating listings on rental portals, optimizing descriptions and photos.
- Communicating regularly with property owners, sending performance reports and occupancy statistics.
- Responding quickly and responsibly to emergencies, tenant issues, and property incidents.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Patience and professionalism when managing conflicts or complaints.
- Comfortable working under pressure during seasonal peaks.
- Basic understanding of costs, budgets, and financial reporting.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and basic English; more languages are a plus.
