Position Overview

Our agency seeks a digital-savvy Listing Specialist who can manage property marketing online from A to Z. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the combination of creativity, analytics, and structured processes.

Responsibilities

• Creating high-converting property listings for sales and rentals in English and Spanish.
• Uploading and optimizing listings on major portals such as Idealista, Fotocasa, Habitaclia, and international platforms.
• Writing SEO-friendly property descriptions that highlight benefits, lifestyle, and investment potential.
• Coordinating professional photo shoots, video tours, and virtual tours with photographers and videographers.
• Working with digital advertising campaigns (social media ads, Google Ads) in coordination with the marketing team.
• Tracking listing performance, adjusting titles, photos, and descriptions to improve conversion rates.
• Preparing monthly reports on traffic, leads per listing, and time-on-market improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong copywriting ability in at least one language (English or Spanish; both is ideal).
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and online advertising.
• Comfortable working with photo editing tools and online design platforms.
• Understanding of real estate market trends and what buyers look for in listings.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret listing statistics and KPIs.
