Position Overview

We are seeking a focused and results-driven Real Estate Lead Generator to provide our sales department with a consistent flow of high-quality leads. You may work from the Gandia office or remotely, as long as you are disciplined and able to follow a clear strategy.

Responsibilities

• Searching for property owners who might be interested in selling their property in Gandia.
• Contacting potential sellers via phone, email, and messaging apps based on prepared databases and your own research.
• Qualifying leads according to criteria such as motivation, timeline, price expectations, and type of property.
• Conducting cold and warm calls with professional scripts and solid value propositions.
• Managing incoming online leads from forms, portals, and campaigns, and quickly assigning them to appropriate agents.
• Maintaining a clean and detailed CRM, marking progress for each contact and next steps.
• Passing only qualified and motivated leads to senior agents for property evaluation and listing agreements.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone manner.
• Persistence and resilience in cold calling and follow-up.
• Experience in telemarketing or sales (real estate is a plus but not mandatory).
• Ability to follow lead scripts while also adapting to real conversations.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems.
• Self-discipline and ability to work with daily targets.
